What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. Short, because the site collects very little.

Who is responsible

IDE Digital LLC operates this website. Dmitriy Ehretskyy is the sole point of contact for any question or request about personal data, and can be reached at dmitriy@ide.digital.

What is collected

This site has no accounts, no login, and no comment system. There are two ways data reaches us:

  • Email you send us. If you contact us at hello@ide.digital, we hold your message and address in our mailbox in order to reply and to keep a record of the engagement.
  • Aggregate analytics. If analytics is enabled, it records pages viewed, approximate region, referrer and device type. It is configured to avoid storing full IP addresses and is not used to build advertising profiles.

What is not collected

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not run cross-site tracking pixels. Payment details are never handled by this website — settlement happens through a bank, a payment provider or an on-chain transfer, none of which route through these pages.

Legal basis

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and to understand aggregate site usage, and on contract where processing is necessary to deliver work you have commissioned. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

How long it is kept

Enquiry email is kept for as long as there is a plausible business relationship, and deleted on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only. Project records tied to a paid engagement are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with the outcome, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Processors

We use a small number of third parties to run the site and the business: a hosting and content delivery provider, an email provider, and optionally a privacy-oriented analytics provider. Each processes data on our instructions. Hosting may place data outside your country, in which case transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it. Continued use of the site after that point means the revised version applies.
