Who is responsible
IDE Digital LLC operates this website. Dmitriy Ehretskyy is the sole point of contact for any question or request about personal data, and can be reached directly at dmitriy@ide.digital or at hello@ide.digital.
What is collected
This site has no accounts, no login, and no comment system. There are five ways data reaches us:
- The contact form. It sends your name, email address and message, plus anything optional you fill in — company, website address and budget range — to our mailbox through an email delivery provider, so we can reply. Nothing from the form is stored on this website.
- Email you send us. If you contact us at hello@ide.digital or dmitriy@ide.digital, we hold your message and address in our mailbox in order to reply and to keep a record of the engagement.
- Aggregate analytics. If analytics is enabled, it records pages viewed, approximate region, referrer and device type. It is configured to avoid storing full IP addresses and is not used to build advertising profiles.
- Lead forms and calls. If you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, or call or text our business number, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name and answers to a few short questions, so we can contact you about your request.
- Advertising measurement. This site uses the Meta Pixel so we can see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and enquiries, and so those ads can reach people who have visited. It tells Meta which pages were viewed, when the contact form is sent, and when a phone or email link is tapped. Meta receives your IP address and browser details with these events and may connect them to a Meta account under its own privacy policy. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number or message. The pixel does not load if your browser sends a do-not-track or Global Privacy Control signal, and you can also manage this in your Facebook ad settings.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number through a lead form, by calling us, or by texting us, and you agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request, for example to reply to a missed call, answer a question or arrange a time to talk. We do not send marketing text blasts. Message frequency depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your phone number and consent to receive texts are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What is not collected
We do not sell personal data, and nothing you type into the contact form or send us by email is shared with advertising networks. Payment details are never handled by this website — settlement happens through a bank, a payment provider or an on-chain transfer, none of which route through these pages.
Legal basis
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and to understand aggregate site usage, and on contract where processing is necessary to deliver work you have commissioned. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
How long it is kept
Enquiries, whether sent by email or through the contact form, are kept for as long as there is a plausible business relationship, and deleted on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only. Project records tied to a paid engagement are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with the outcome, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Processors
We use a small number of third parties to run the site and the business: a hosting and content delivery provider, an email provider, an email delivery provider that carries contact form messages to our mailbox, optionally a privacy-oriented analytics provider, Meta for the advertising measurement and lead forms described above, and a business phone provider that carries our calls and text messages. Each processes data on our instructions, except that Meta also uses pixel data under its own terms. Hosting may place data outside your country, in which case transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it. Continued use of the site after that point means the revised version applies.
